If a customer wishes to continue using a service after the purchased service period expires, the customer must place another order and authorize a new payment.

Service Delivery and Activation

VPS and web hosting services are digital services and are delivered electronically.

Following successful payment and order approval, Matrix Media Service LLC will provision the applicable service.

Service credentials, activation information, or other applicable information may be sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to their email account.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.

Customers must promptly notify Matrix Media Service LLC if they believe their account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

 

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use Matrix Media Service services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud or scams

• Phishing

• Malware distribution

• Unauthorized access to computer systems

• Hacking or attempted hacking

• Distribution of illegal content

• Activities that intentionally disrupt networks or services

• Copyright infringement

• Spam or abusive bulk messaging

• Activities that violate applicable federal, state, or local laws

Matrix Media Service LLC may suspend or terminate services when necessary to protect its network, systems, customers, or third parties or when required by law.

Customer Content

Customers are solely responsible for the content, files, applications, websites, databases, and other material they place on or operate through their VPS or hosting account.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Matrix Media Service LLC does not assume responsibility for customer-generated content.

Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices for their VPS or hosting environment, including passwords, software updates, applications, access controls, and stored data.

Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important information.

Backups and Data Loss

Unless a specific service expressly includes backup services, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Matrix Media Service LLC is not responsible for loss of customer data resulting from customer actions, software failures, security incidents, hardware failures, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Service Availability

Matrix Media Service LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services. However, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security events, network problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because VPS and web hosting services are digital services that may be provisioned specifically for a customer, orders may become non-refundable once the service has been provisioned or activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Matrix Media Service LLC.

Customers should review the applicable refund policy posted on the website before placing an order.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Suspension and Termination

Matrix Media Service LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from customer misuse, unauthorized access caused by customer security practices, customer content, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

 

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matrix Media Service LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
